Researchers liken nano-titanium dioxide to asbestos

Chemical Watch Friends of the Earth Germany (BUND) has highlighted a recent study suggesting nano-titanium dioxide and nano-silicon dioxide produce an inflammatory response in lungs similar to that of asbestos and certain forms of carbon nanotube (CNT).
